Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Atlaned's geotechnical engineering software platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.

Use of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. Our service is intended for professional use by qualified engineers and engineering firms.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
• The accuracy and quality of data you input into the platform

Professional Responsibility

Atlaned provides software tools to assist with geotechnical engineering analysis. However, you remain solely responsible for:

• Verifying all calculations and recommendations
• Ensuring compliance with applicable engineering standards and codes
• Making final engineering decisions and judgments
• Professional liability for your work product

Our software is a tool to enhance your workflow, not a replacement for professional engineering judgment.

Subscription and Payment

Service fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to:

• Provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
• Pay all fees when due
• Update payment information to avoid service interruption

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Intellectual Property

Your Data

You retain all rights to the data and content you input into Atlaned. We claim no intellectual property rights over your project data.

Our Platform

The Atlaned platform, including its software, algorithms, user interface, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our software.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlaned shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
